Pros
clean, modern facility. in the last few years plant has expanded tremendously and we stay busy, safety is a priority with management. not too strenuous most of the time. rotating shifts monthly so no one gets the shaft. pay scales were recently redone so pay is more transparent and fair.
Cons
as a previous reviewer stated, promotions depend on who you know, not experience or technical skills. I've seen too many instances of the good old boy network in action. good people have left because they see no path up. morale has suffered as a result
