      Pros

      Workers at plant level are family oriented and inventive by nature.

      Cons

      Senior management has stifled all ingenuity and worker motivation. Bonus program is a disincentive, meaning if you earn it, but the CEO decides you can't have it, why try?

      Excellent salary and benefits. Can trade out hours or workdays with fellow employees

      Cons

      Rotating swing shift work. Vacations based on seniority. No flexible days. Have to take vacation by the week.

      Plenty of opportunity to take on responsibility, challenging experiences, reasonable pay, good benefits, generally helpful colleagues, multitude of locations across the US

      Cons

      Long hours, unreasonable expectations, poor support from managers, very lean structures (i.e. performing job functions of multiple people), ignored feedback, lots of talking the talk but not walking the walk
