      Pros

      Good pay and benefit. Some good coworkers.

      Cons

      Management is pretty dumb in most cases. They usually hire managers from th field of factory workers which results in the biggest kiss ass getting promoted not the people with degrees. There are some good people that work here but also so bad people but that's probably true for any place. If you don't mind a lot of overtime its really not a bad place to work though.

      Company cares about employees, the office is the perfect balance of laid back and professional.

      The only downside, as with many great jobs, is that the job doesn't pay enough.

      Company continues to focus on growth. Has made great strides in cleaning up the balance sheet. They are now poised for becoming a legitimate publicly traded company.

      Cons

      Work life balance can be a struggle at times. There are certain departments that have better work life balance than others.
