Everything but the 3 Pros mentioned. Sexual harassment is tolerated and excused by HR, no punishment is given, regardless if it is the first offense or if someone is a repeat offender. Upper management picks and chooses different discipline, depending on the person/people involved, even if the same rule is broken by each employee. Management and HR in the Pacific, MO plant seems to think they are better than everyone else and treat the employees as such. If, for any reason, you choose to get a job in this place, watch your back, ALWAYS. Numbers are more important than customers satisfaction and employee safety and wellbeing. They are only concerned with customer satisfaction and quality if customers are upset and threatening to take their work away. Employees are treated extremely poorly, it is obvious that employees are not cared about, unless you happen to be "in the back pocket" of certain other employees. Culture is bad!!! Not sure they understand the meaning of a good work culture.
