      Pros

      Great benefits, Manufacturing plant where I dealt with all employees on a personal basis regarding LOA, FMLA, Short & Long term Disability... loved our employees.

      Cons

      Nothing was ever good enough for management. They said they cared about their employees and that's what set them apart from other companies, but that was a lie. They were more concerned about the bottom dollar... PERIOD! They have since cut pay from the factory workers and slowly taking away benefits.

      Good pay. Good vacation program. Great health insurance. Disability pay.

      Cons

      Swing shifts. Forced overtime up to 84 hours a week. Union sucks. Work almost every weekend.
