      Only 12 shifts a month, lots of days off

      Cons

      Unsociable night shifts. Weekend work. No Canteen. Lots of rules. Poor OT rate. Long 12 hour shifts.

      Some good people work there. Pensions not to bad new machinery.

      Cons

      Biggest benefit is free parking. Very poor senior management, no work, be surprised if the place lasts another 12 months
