      Graphic Packaging Carol Stream is a great place to work. Outstanding manufacturing environment in a well lit, clean plant. Management team very cohesive and has a good focus on development of talent, feel there is a lot of opportunity to learn and grow within the company.

      Great benefits, excellent plant leadership, always trying to make improvements in a very tough environment.

      Cons

      Employees are great people, some have lost the "I care" attitude but, management is slowly making changes to move out those who choose not to change to a positive attitude.
