      Company cares about employees, the office is the perfect balance of laid back and professional.

      Cons

      The only downside, as with many great jobs, is that the job doesn't pay enough.

      Good opportunity to take on additional responsibilities.

      Cons

      Difficult to have work - life balance due to the required hours (60 or more per week). Lots of unreasonable expectations. This has led to very high turnover.

      Plenty of opportunity to take on responsibility, challenging experiences, reasonable pay, good benefits, generally helpful colleagues, multitude of locations across the US

      Cons

      Long hours, unreasonable expectations, poor support from managers, very lean structures (i.e. performing job functions of multiple people), ignored feedback, lots of talking the talk but not walking the walk
