      Pros

      Good pay and benefit. Some good coworkers.

      Cons

      Management is pretty dumb in most cases. They usually hire managers from th field of factory workers which results in the biggest kiss ass getting promoted not the people with degrees. There are some good people that work here but also so bad people but that's probably true for any place. If you don't mind a lot of overtime its really not a bad place to work though.

      Pros

      Huge emphasis on Continuous improvement in process and customer satisfaction. CEO is providing great leadership in reducing companies debt and creating a culture that is more customer focus. Generally a good company to work for at this time.

      Cons

      The company's huge debt and its attempts to cut costs to reduce this debt is causing great uncertainty among employees. the HR function badly needs strenghtening.
