      Pros

      Pay and benefits and some good workers.

      Cons

      Management, HR and management treat employees as their pawns. Shop employees will be fired if they miss work, but some salary managers only com to work on occasion. Long work days and forced overtime. They talk culture, but don't practice what they preach.

      Pros

      A few good hourly employees that care about each other like family. Pay was good.

      Cons

      No time off. Will work you to death. Safety is not an option because it cost too much they'd rather let people get hurt. Then when you develop serious medical conditions from all the plastic fumes and chemicals because of no ventilation and have to use your long term disability management acts friendly when you call to give them an update on your recovery while they're in the process of terminating you.
