      -I really appreciate the company's strong focus on addressing key areas like recruiting, retention, communication, and engagement - it's clear these are prioritized as business imperatives, not just buzzwords. -There's a transparent and well-communicated development path, which makes it easier to set goals and see a future here. -I'm especially grateful for my HR division team and direct manager. We have a collaborative, respectful, and inspiring dynamic, and there's a genuine culture of sharing best practices that helps us all grow.

      Cons

      -While development plans are a focus, there's still room for improvement in how we support and evolve these for internal employees across the board. Building more consistency and follow through would help boost retention even further.
