      Pros

      Plenty of opportunities for overtime. Good pay for the area. Decent work schedule. Insurance and 401k.

      Cons

      Management has to micromanage everyone. Not enough emphasis on training new employees. Management receives bonuses but not hourly employees. You have to be a "Yes" person to get promoted. Employees are constantly told conflicting orders on quality or not told anything at all for several hours. Management takes too long to hire new employees if they get shortstaffed.

      everything is outsouced so you will not have much access outdated and spineless management do not ahear to ITIL, its who shouts loudest wins,
