      Bonus is okay if you are able to be in the program.

      Heavy heavy micromanagement from the top. Unfortunately a company that way is only as good as the micro manager

      Pros

      Above average pay for the area. Somewhat solitary role, minimal interaction with customers. Fairly relaxed work the majority of the time.

      Cons

      Workload increases over time, the pay does not. The salaried supervisor position for the Quality department was removed, and the entire workload was combined into this position along with the usual workload. Knowing the supervisor was making significantly more money for the same, if not less, work is definitely a red flag.
