Culture of perfectionism, focus on attendance vs. productivity. Huge "finger pointing" culture amongst leadership. Junior employees are often disciplined for mistakes that could have been avoided with more thorough training and better management support. There is an expectation to work above 40+ hours at all times, regardless of level of work. Encouraged to log on after-hours, but overtime is discouraged by management for their own targets. Employee turnover is quite high, and gives a clear indication of workplace culture.
