      There used to be a lot of Pros.. Not for the last couple of years though.

      Cons

      No longer values its employees. (Lip Service) Low Employee Engagement Scores Formerly excellent leadership is now mainly gone. Leaders are now very political and turf driven. Toxic environment is ignored or not addressed by leadership

      - Pay and Benefits Program were good for Salary Employees - Great People on the Floor + Support Services

      Cons

      I was being verbally harassed based on gender and was having information for my job actively withheld from me by certain department managers and upper management did nothing about it despite continuous reports to HR/Management directly.

      the pay is the only thing that keeps people there. They did have good benefits as well. The PTO was absolutely horrible
