Pros

Pay, time off, overtime availability, vacation, retirement match.

Cons

Culture is brutal. 95% of employees dislike their job and or the management team. This creates a terrible environment to work in. New employee retainment is non-existent due to the jaded long time employees. Management stresses safety but it is only serious when someone has a recordable injury. Plant manager has certain rules for certain people. HR accommodates Plant Manager's agenda.

Very nice money and mostly nice coworkers

Cons

Don't work here if you have a family. You will never see them.Extremely overbearing management. No matter how much experience you have, your opinio on ANYTHING will not be considered.
