      Simple: showup. shutup. get paid.

      Cons

      tattling is encouraged: lot of gossip behind your back. Also they run 12-hour shift without any rest-time. their 15 minute breaks are essentially 7 minute breaks once you factor in travel to and from the breakroom. Rules are not consistantly followed/enforced across departments and employees.
