Travel at 70%+ a year, I ask for time at home they threaten layoff if you don't travel. Absolutely no training given to technicians. Threatened with write ups if ask for training. No H.R. so management can treat you as they want. Company buys the cheapest equipment possible. Blames techs when cheap equipment will not run. Lack of leadership, Supervisor is not even in same state or time zone. Told to figure it out yourself. Constantly told your replaceable. No business plan.
