      Decent pay and insurance benefits

      Cons

      Will mandate 12 hours a day up to every day off. Do NOT care about employees. Can’t request days off and recently implemented a rule that does not allow you to give away days if you need a day off. Union shop but they blatantly ignore the rules of the contract and say “file a grievance” for everything.
