      Pros

      Time off. No one bothers you when off or on vacation.

      Cons

      Plant, Maintenance and Production managers are clowns. Every thing is "training and safety " until production get affected. They change your hours and work days at the drop of a hat with no reguard for employee or their family. Old busted unsafe machines with missing guards and no interlocks. Tenured employees call new employees stupid, serial harassment runs rampant and they treat persons of color with zero respect. This place is a joke please stay away.
