      Pros

      Decent pay, great benefits, safe place to work, payed lunches. If you work hard and show numbers, you will move up. If you like overtime, also a great place to work.

      Cons

      Mandatory overtime, less than 14 hour in advance schedule changes for mandatory overtime that you will get a point for if you are not there, your feedback will not change anything, 12.25 hour days minimum. Employees are treated as though they are dispensable and do your opinion will not change anything.
