      -Flexible schedule (depending on position) -Decent leadership (depending on position) -Ability to grow and move around within the company (depending on who you network with) -Reasonable pay (depending on position)

      -The company has grown to big to fast. Still playing catch up to all the mergers and acquisitions, We can never seem to get ahead of it. -Senior leadership seems oblivious to what happens on the ground floor day to day. They must be surrounded by people who only tell them all the good news and hide the bad.. -Leadership is always talking about all the great things they are doing to acquire new talent, But they forget about the loyal employees who have been there for 10-20-30+ years who have helped build the company. Not doing anything special to maintain the knowledgeable loyal current talent.. -The work can be high stress,
