      Pros

      Very helpful environment that has kind people around you. Just started in the corporate world so I am not too versed regarding upward mobility but it seems that there are many opportunities.

      Cons

      Because they are not a traditional tech company (manufacturing company) fully remote opportunities are not as likely. Most roles are hybrid (coming in 2X/week) but there are exceptions.
