      Pay and benefits are good for the area and the schedule can be nice for some.

      Cons

      You will always work every other weekend, even fully staffed you are still doing the work of more than one person because they push numbers more than anything.

      Pros

      Salary is competitive. Positive management profit sharing so long as you are part of management click! Profit sharing amount is subjective on part of your manager.

      Cons

      Management team is dysfunctional with little management ability. Most were promoted up from the shop floor. True professionals that are educated with credentials should stay clear. Workplace is toxic, harassing for those who attempt to make positive changes support of corporate values.
