I interned at Gravity Jack the previous summer. Between then and my second summer employment, they had really grown a lot. They were at the time of my internship using an agile like methodology. When I came back, they had moved to utilizing scrum in a big way, though not fully. I really appreciate the care and concern for one another. It made it feel like a second family.

Cons

Scrum is used primarily as the software lifecycle; however, it is more of a hybrid of that methodology. I do wish that scrum was more adhered to when doing sprints. It would be nice that at the end of sprints a demo day occurred to show progress. I think it would be a great tool for ensuring quality of the project and satisfaction of the client.

Great work environment! I genuinely feel like a valued member of the team and leave work with a sense of accomplishment. Not often can people say, "I look forward to going to work", but I can.

Cons

No 401K as of yet, but we have been told it is in the process of happening.
