Pros

I interned at Gravity Jack the previous summer. Between then and my second summer employment, they had really grown a lot. They were at the time of my internship using an agile like methodology. When I came back, they had moved to utilizing scrum in a big way, though not fully. I really appreciate the care and concern for one another. It made it feel like a second family.

Cons

Scrum is used primarily as the software lifecycle; however, it is more of a hybrid of that methodology. I do wish that scrum was more adhered to when doing sprints. It would be nice that at the end of sprints a demo day occurred to show progress. I think it would be a great tool for ensuring quality of the project and satisfaction of the client.

Great work environment! I genuinely feel like a valued member of the team and leave work with a sense of accomplishment. Not often can people say, "I look forward to going to work", but I can.

Cons

No 401K as of yet, but we have been told it is in the process of happening.

Gravity Jack is leading the charge in augmented reality and 360 video. Many opportunities to try new things, and you have the full support of the company leaders. Amazing President and CEO who truly care about the employees in and out of the office. Gravity Jack has full faith in their employees and pushes us to be our best and grow. Insanely fun and positive atmosphere, coupled with great talent. I have worked many places and this one beats them all hands down. No other employer recognizes you for a job well done like GJ.

Cons

The only downside about Gravity Jack is that we do not have a retirement plan in place, yet... It is coming and when it does, just like every other aspect of this company, it will be great I'm sure.
