Pros

It's impossible to find any.

Cons

- Gravy Work is an absolute disaster, filled with nonstop issues. - The work environment is disorganized and chaotic to an unbearable level. - Leadership is completely ineffective and serves no real purpose. - Most problems are dumped on employees to figure out alone. - The rest sit ignored because only leaders have the authority to address them. - Those in charge are far too incapable to incapable to handle even the simplest responsibilities.

Pros

I'm busy throughout the day making sure shifts are covered and everything goes as planned. The system is easy to get used to, so I don’t waste time figuring things out. Communication is clear, which helps when the pace picks up. I also like that I have some flexibility in how I manage my time.

Cons

The workload varies week by week depending on staffing demand.

Cons

Definitely not beginner-friendly; you should know your way around a kitchen.
