Gotten to the point where I can match available workers to shifts in minutes. Gaining in-depth knowledge of how different hospitality venues operate. Doesn’t feel repetitive because there's a lot of variety in clients and events.

No. Some bumps at the start, but gets easier pretty quickly.

The events are fun and energetic, so the role will fit someone who enjoys fast-paced work and interaction with people. Plus, we have clear service standards, so I know what’s expected of me. Usually everyone is in sync, and the team environment helps me stay productive.
