Pros

Nice staff. Very welcoming and positive. Lots of potential if the company were run well. They sold me on the team orientation and working well together. That went away with changes in management last year. They are not planning well for the future.

Cons

Strange changes in senior management. Partners are hands-off now and allowing a new manager to run things. Atmosphere changed last year, and people are much more interested in CYA than working as a team. Disappointing.

Pros

Everyone's friendly and welcoming, and management is good about showing appreciation to the staff. The firm has some really great people who are passionate about the work and will help their colleagues with enthusiasm and patience.

Cons

No obvious cons as long as you like working at a mid-sized company and find accounting interesting. Low name recognition may be seen as a con by some, but I didn't think of it that way and I enjoyed working for a smaller company.

Pros

At Gray, Gray & Gray the environment is friendly and professional. The management team is wonderful and will do whatever they can to ensure a fulfilling career for all team members.

Cons

I can not think of any cons to working at Gray, Gray & Gray. The salaries are competitive, the new building is beautiful and the staff are amazing.
