Pros

Profit sharing… if you take part in their sales trainee program you get lots of free travel.

Cons

Lots of favoritism, no room for growth, ceo gives out bobble heads of herself as an award. Low pay but they send recent college grads all over the country for “training” where they basically just party.

Not the most competitive in terms of pay. Lower salary compared to competitors, but good benefits make up some of that
