      Pros

      Excellent benefits and really strong training. Financially sound management. Large domestic footprint.

      Cons

      Victim of their size. Middle management is a joke. Base pay is relatively low and you never get more than a 3% pay increase. Your experience will be directly related to the branch management and how their relationships with upper manmagement in St. Louis.
