Regarding wfh equipment, your manager should be able to approve your use of any needed company equipment to perform your role such as a laptop, keyboard, monitors, phone, headset, etc. If you don't have all of these things you need, please reach out to them.

Over the last few years we have actually worked to enhance our benefit offerings, including increasing vacation time for new employees to start with three weeks, adding a paid day off to volunteer in the community, along with an expanded charitable match program.
