Pros

Graybar has consistently grown within the industry and its all thanks to the employees. Every one works hard. They are self starters. People work very independently and the sky is the limit to where you can go within the company. Positions don't open often as employees tend to retire from Graybar.

Cons

Still working on diversity within the work place. Graybar is making several efforts, but they are still in the beginning stages.

Thank you for your feedback. We are happy that you were able to take advantage of the benefits and perks we offer our employees. The environment you describe - racial remarks and retaliation - is not an environment tolerated at Graybar. We are currently unaware of any complaints about any managers in Colorado Springs, and we'd like to speak with you directly about these allegations so we can thoroughly investigate. If you would like to share more information about your work environment while at Graybar, please reach out directly to glassdoor.feedback@graybar.com so we can talk further.

Pros

Great benefits (stock options/profit sharing) Opportunity for Advancement if willing to relocate. Office Environment is business casual and certain locations have great comaraderie. Constantly looking for ways to improve and become more efficient for the employees and customers. This company drives you to be your best and help them grow. If you are willing to work hard, you can make a decent salary with excellent benefits.

Cons

They need more opportunity to learn and grow internally through cross-training/mentor programs. Reports can be tedious, but necessary. Micromanagement is some locations.
