      Not the best but certainly not the worst

      Pros

      People seem to like the company and stay for a long time.

      Cons

      I was 100% thrown to the wolves in a completely unsupported position. Graybar wanted to enter a new business market and hired me to be a part of that launch. We were set up for failure from the beginning because there was no support from anywhere else in the company. I know others who love the company and intend to retire there. I know my experience was unique, so take it with a grain of salt. I have recommended Graybar for my best friend to work at (and he does now), so no bad feelings about the company, just my specific role.
