Pros
The benefits are solid and Graybar is the biggest supplier in their industry.
Cons
Incredibly toxic work environment. The longer you stay there the more unpleasant stuff you will uncover. I think the fact that they have to bury the real reviews on Glassdoor with the same artificial 4-star and 5-posts dozens of times per month just to keep their ratings afloat instead of actually fixing the problems internally really speaks volumes.
