A good company gone bad

Pros

Good benefits, good inventory, great worker bees.

Cons

This company is pushing out older employees. They are breaking promises to employees. Going from a friendly employee owned culture to management by intimidation. The CEO is a narcissistic person that hands out bobble head dolls of herself. She blames her own failures on the employees. She is all "me, me, me".

Pros

Stocks, profit sharing, internal sstem to earn points for gifts (but only if management utilizes it).

Cons

Worst payscale in the industry! Most branches so short staffed employees sometimes forced to reschedule their time off.
