      Pros

      Benefits are extremely competitive . I'm not sure where you will find better. PTO starts at 2 weeks plus Five sick days and three flute days. Fun environment as long as you get on the right team - could be just opposite if you're on the wrong team

      Cons

      This department as about as corrupt as it gets . I've heard the rest of Graybar is great. The CARD department is a waste of time. DONT DO IT. There are some good people stuck there. They deserve so much more but will never get it .

      Pros

      Employee owned company with excellent leadership. Focused on sustainable growth and market share. Vast distribution logistics network allows company to leverage national inventory.

      Cons

      Compartmenalized silos can make it a challenge to move quickly in serving customer. With greatest competition being the local distributor the company needs to continue to finds ways to be the leader in the local markets
