Graybar is a privately owned company and they take care of their employees. There are variety of locations to work from which provides organic opportunities for growth and not forcing you to stay in one office your entire career.

Cons

Graybar is behind the times when compared to other companies when it comes to benefits such as work from home, flex time, and work life balance in general.

Cons

Absolute disregard of employees at the Bel-Ridge Location. Everyone is treated like a child, severely underpaid, and reminded constantly that we're replaceable so we should keep our mouths shut and be grateful. - This negative culture is fostered by senior management, And Low level managers are forced to uphold it.
