Horrible place

Pros

None that I can think of

Cons

Absolute incompetence running the branches and district. No opportunities for talented contributors. If you are one of the good old boys you will be promoted regardless of whether or not you are capable or have a college degree. Unethical and hostile place to work.

Overall a nice place to work

Pros

Benefits package is competitive for the area. Company is employee owned and stock options are offered. Retirement package is better than most if you turn into a "lifer" here.

Cons

Pay tends to be on the lower side of the market average based on education and work experience. Promotion from within can be a little hard to come by. Positions in management tend to open up about every two years.
