Not appreciated. Too many ethical violations by management team. Letting go very talented personnel who made relationships with large accounts that took them to the competitor. Manager gives product away to his friends.

Favoritism throughout company. Many relatives work for company, they are the ones most likely to move up. Work process unorganized. Uneven workload throughout department, supervisor does not lead, motivate or recognize employees. Unapproachable. Horrible training process. Took a year to learn my job and that was from the help of co-workers not my supervisor. Unable to have any type of conversation with co-workers without being reprimanded.
