Pros

Good sales and operations people; lots of experience; many locations and many trucks; good benefits - pension, company stock, profit sharing

Cons

All internal, insulated board; company favors "the stick" not "the carrot"; lack of sound global strategy; too powerful HR dept.

Pros

One of few companies that still offers pension, employee owned. The company did make one of the best places to work in STL. Lot of long term employees.

Cons

No 401k available. Behind the times, & other companies in the same field. The offices are outdated.
