Pros

Employee owned company with a good culture

Cons

Not always a promote from within company. They are also behind the curve with employee compensation base salaries and sales incentive plans aren't fitting for larger market areas. The cost of living way exceeds the compensation that the employees make. Smaller branches are also very often overlooked and not provided necessary updates.

Pros

Laid back atmosphere and branch management is easy going

Cons

Poor pay. Counter sales doesn't get commission on any sales no matter if the customer doesn't have an account or not. Sales reps get commissions from sales done by the csr's and the counter sales rep. The branch gets all the money if there is no acct for the customer so you spend time to make the sale and get no kick backs besides a pat of the back and told your a great employee.
