Pros

The people I work with everyday are amazing. I have nothing but good things to say about them. They are hard working professionals with years of experience.

Cons

The biggest con I see is management not taking safety seriously. Management continuously puts interns in positions over seeing safety. Its only a matter of time before one of these college educated idiots gets someone hurt or worse.

Pros

Essential business that has survived two recessions in my 15 years with them. The company is smaller and encourages inter-department communications and working relationships. Graymont is stable, consistent, and comfortable.

Cons

Graymont is a bit behind in retention salaries currently and seeing attrition due to this fact a little more in the last year than previously. Additionally they are slow to advance technologically in regards to administrative programs thru Oracle, supply planning, forecasting, etc.

Pros

Graymont has been the right fit for me. Everyone and everything I have encounter has been top notch. I have been impressed with the general attitude and atmosphere in the company. The inclusive management style is really a plus.

Cons

Sometimes communication within the company could be better.
