Pros

Had the tools needed to do my job; great pay and benefits; given a lot of freedom to do my job the way I felt was best; welcoming people in the offices

Cons

Training could have been better in the beginning, as well as better explanations of my job and full scope. Raises were quite minimal compared to annual review ratings.

Pros

The people I work with everyday are amazing. I have nothing but good things to say about them. They are hard working professionals with years of experience.

Cons

The biggest con I see is management not taking safety seriously. Management continuously puts interns in positions over seeing safety. Its only a matter of time before one of these college educated idiots gets someone hurt or worse.

Great pay, variety of experience and great hands on training! They even gave me a 401(k) after working there for one summer.

Cons

Ugly location, physically demanding, and sometimes difficult to gain experience.
