Pros

Very easy interview and easy to get a job. Honestly, they take just about anyone and settle for less.

Cons

GAIG certainly settles for less. The company accepts average and does not push for more. Most employees have been working for the company their entire careers which has led to a stale working environment. The company and its succession plan is at risk - especially with the current Human Resources practices. Boring office environment, lack of development, and untrained management. Highly recommend applying elsewhere, perhaps their competitor Western and Southern?
