Pros

Depends on which company you work for as there are about 30 subsidiaries under Great American. Good place to work but a lot depends on your manager and the specific subsidiary. Company does contribute some money each month for HSA plan. 401k match is 4.5% for your 6%. About 8-9 holidays per year, 24 PTO days per year and you can have equivalent of 36 PTO days banked until you stop earning PTO hours.

Cons

$2,500 family deductible for health insurance is too high. Prescription coverage is weak.

Pros

- A ton of resources - Lots of programs you can involve yourself in at the corporate office - Good money if you are a diligent and time efficient worker

Cons

- management structure is iffy - some offices can be very unprofessional - when you are on time off, it is hard to be fully off
