Since the new CIO has come in he has hired a ton of HP coworkers he worked with when he was at HP. It seems every week a new HP person is being hired or promoted to management. If you're and old GAI employee you just pray everyday you don't get demoted or fired. With these new people come the new ideas. Some are great and some suck. Their latest idea is to do away with all cubes, so employees can work together more closely. Its just making for an unpleasant work environment. They also have a lot of HCL Indian folks in there, that have no clue what they are doing. Working with HCL offshore is very irritating.
