      Satellite offices not monitored properly by upper mgmt

      Pros

      Salary was appropriate for the type of work and experience I had. Could be a good environment IF local office had better management.

      Cons

      Local office manager was quite possibly one of the worst human beings I have ever had the displeasure of knowing. You either agree with his opinion on EVERYTHING or you fall out of favor. He was also a huge pervert and racist. It is a wonder he and the company have not been sued for harassment.

      Pros

      I worked in Marketing Services and absolutely LOVED my team. Everyone (from all levels, executive down to associate) treated me as an equal. Great work environment with great opportunities for growth. Also GAIG had fun events going on and allows employees the chance to win tickets to events and all sorts of fun things. i am really grateful for my experience there.
