      Decent pay, ability to travel

      Cons

      Overworked, underappreciated, unprofessional management. Manager was immature and would talk about employees behind their backs. He would also read employee's personal e-mails and discuss with others. Environment was stressful and there were definite cliques in the office involving several managers and employees. It felt like I was back in high school at times.

      Pros

      This company had very good working conditions and reasonable expectations for performance. Good performance was rewarded, and the home office backed up and supported the field staff.

      Cons

      Salary compression was the same as i had encountered with previous employers, and there were occasional conflicts with tother departments. Human Relations department was on a course of their own. Due to the small size of the department ( 30 employees countrywide ) advancement opportunities were limited.
