      Pros

      There seems to be lots of promoting from within. There is a nice atmosphere and culture. The most successful employees are good team players, produce quality work in a reasonable amount of time, and show initiative.

      None that are unique to Great American.

      Work life balance, Nice new offices, great people, company culture, competitive salaries relative to the region. Good company matching contribution to 401k. Many different technologies to work with and learn. The employees & management take interest in continuous improvement to overcome challenges. Great opportunity to grow your career if you show initiative.

      Not really any serious cons to list . Just like any place there are things to improve and challenges to overcome.
